Founder / Lead Instructor
Herb Lee is a Senior Human Resources professional and HR Advisor with Saudi Aramco, bringing more than 35 years of experience across Operations, Learning & Development, and Human Resources. His expertise includes talent development, employee relations, professional training, leadership development, and workforce programs.
In addition to his corporate HR career, Herb is an experienced SHRM certification preparation instructor with Rice University’s Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, where he helps HR professionals prepare for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams.
His teaching approach goes beyond memorization. Herb brings practical industry and leadership experience into the classroom, helping professionals strengthen their HR judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to apply the SHRM mindset to workplace situations.
